The Rent To Own Program allows you to buy a home now that you can live in while you improve your ability to obtain a traditional mortgage.

 

Poor credit and others issues keeping you from getting a mortgage now can be fixed while you are buying your Rent To Own Home.

 

This program requires a nonrefundable downpayment usually 3-5% of the selling price of the home and a monthly payment during the lease period.  All of your downpayment and a portion of your monthly payment is applied to the selling price of the home at closing.

 

The lease period is usually 6 months to 3 years and gives you time to repair your credit and/or save money for the downpayment for your mortgage to buy your home.
